For the Love of Birds

Gina and Misty not only share a love of old stuff and handicrafts, we also both love birds! So it was only natural our first creations involved owls. We arrange patterned paper to make trees and owls such as the ones you see here. This picture was made for Gina's little girl's room.

 

 

These are close ups of the cute little owls... and the cute fat ones. The artwork measures 29 x 26 in the frame, but below are some of the owls in smaller frames, and one purple owl on a wooden plaque.

So...one of our friends is having a baby, and she decided to use Willow Way artwork in her nursery! She provided us with a swatch of the bedding fabric and below is what we created for her. We named the design "Grace Tree" after our friend's baby girl.

As you can see, personalization is also something we

enjoy.  Items are so much more special with your child's name on them. At the left is a picture of a newborn gown and hat we embroidered for baby Grace.
